  • Secure new anchoring system takes hold at Kishorn Dry Dock

    14/11/2019 - Highland marine equipment firm Gael Force Group was awarded the £1m contract by Kishorn Port Ltd (KPL) to manage the specification, sourcing and delivery of mooring equipment for the dry dock facility. The moorings were designed to allow the gates to be safely secured whilst the dry dock is open.

The show, which is the largest aquaculture technology exhibition in the world, takes place Tuesday 20th to Friday 23rd August in Trondheim, Norway.

    06/08/2019 - Trusted aquaculture equipment supplier Gael Force Group has agreed an exclusive deal with Scotland’s newest salmon farmer, Organic Sea Harvest, to become their supply partner for two new site installations in 2020. Gael Force will supply complete turnkey solutions for two exposed sites at Invertote and Culnacnoc, off the coast of Skye, with a full range of established marine equipment, technology and supporting services.

  • Gael Force Fusion acquires the site of former Sea Life Centre near Oban

    14/05/2019 - Gael Force Fusion, part of the Gael Force Group, has been successful in its bid to acquire the former premises of the Scottish Sea Life Sanctuary at Barcaldine. Land and estate agents Galbraith, who managed the sale on behalf of the seller, says, “this was an extremely sought after site resulting in us setting a closing date and we are delighted with the outcome for our client and that a local business has benefitted. Clearly, there is a need for premises like these in this area”.

  • Iolaire Commemorative Sculpture Unveiled

    03/01/19 - HRH Prince Charles, unveiled the new Iolaire sculpture to commemorate the centenary of the disaster at a special service on the morning of the 1st January. Commissioned by An Lanntair, the sculpture was created by artists, Will Maclean, Marian Leven and Arthur Watson. Gael Force Group is honoured to have been in a position to support the creation of the sculpture which will serve to commemorate the fateful day on 1919 for many years to come.
